Zoë, aged 9, suffers from a very rare genetic condition, and also has ADHD and autism. Momentum has been by the family’s side throughout their journey and will continue to support them whatever the future holds.

Alfie’s story

Alfie, 13, was born with Downs Syndrome and is also autistic. When he was two-and-a-half-years-old he was diagnosed with leukaemia.
