Church Farm Holiday Village

Our newest holiday home located in Pagham, West Sussex, is set in landscaped parkland and offers mesmerising views over the water of the nature reserve’s lagoon.

Family friendly

Church Farm is a peaceful haven surrounded by nature and just a short walk away from a shingle beach. The easily accessible on-site facilities of an indoor and outdoor pool, sports and play areas, restaurants and shops means it ticks all the boxes necessary for an enjoyable family holiday. Plus, it’s doggy friendly, so one well-behaved pooch is welcome to holiday with you (but please note we can’t allow puppies, thank you).

Mo’s Sunset Lagoon

Our two-bedroom mobile home spaciously accommodates four people and is perfectly positioned overlooking the lagoon.

Our cabins can be used for week bookings, Monday – Friday, or weekend bookings Friday – Monday with 4pm check in and 10am check out.

Please note:

Peak bookings (during school holidays) will be taken no earlier than four months before the start date.
Our availability calendar is subject to change.
Priority for bookings is given to families who are currently undergoing treatment, or recently bereaved, and who have not stayed in the cabins before.
Additionally during peak periods priority is given to families with school age children who are currently undergoing treatment, or recently bereaved, and who have not had a respite break with us before.
