Carly Snowball is a senior children’s nurse leader with over 20 years’ experience across paediatric and adult healthcare, with a particular focus on children’s cancer services, quality and safety, and large‑scale service transformation. She is part of the senior leadership team for cancer services at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, where she holds a pan‑London Nurse Director role leading one of the NHS’s most complex paediatric cancer transformation programmes. Carly brings extensive board‑ and network‑level experience and a strong commitment to safeguarding, equity and family‑centred care. She is also a Trustee of Momentum Children’s Charity, supporting the charity’s clinical insight, governance and partnership working.
