We’re taking part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2021 and we’re asking YOU to help us raise £30,000 between 30th November and the 7th December so that we can transform the hospital environment for young patients.

By donating to us in that week, every single £ you give us will be doubled, thanks to generous match funding from our wonderful supporters, Manulife, and our Big Give champion.

All the funds raised will help us to make every day the best it can be for those children counting down the days in hospital until their treatment ends.

Want to know a bit more? Here you go:

The challenge starts at midday on Tuesday 30th November and ends at midday on Tuesday 7th of December 2021 – so we have just seven days to raise our ambitious target of £30,000.

The incredibly brilliant thing about The Big Give though, is that all donations made during this time through are Christmas Challenge page are matched; so if all you can donate is £5, we’ll actually get £10. One donation, twice the impact.

Seriously ill children can spend a significant amount of time in hospital during their treatment; which lasts on average two to three years. Our mission is to make the whole hospital experience more positive for those children and their families.

By donating to our Big Give Christmas Challenge, you’ll be helping make every day count for those children who are counting down the days to the end of their treatment. You can help us transform bare, clinical and frightening to bright, colourful and welcoming. You can help children facing frightening procedures, create more positive memories of their time spent in hospital.

It isn’t just the young patients that our hospital projects benefit, our wonderful NHS teammates working on the paediatric wards are positively affected too; with a working environment

You can take a look at hospital projects we’ve done before.

If you want to make a donation, you need to do it through our Big Give challenge page between midday on Tuesday 30th November and midday on Tuesday 7th of December in order for your donation to be doubled.

We’re hoping to raise £15,000 in individual donations which, when matched by our pledgers, will give us an amazing £30,000 to help make a difference to the lives of hundreds of seriously ill children and their families.

We have an ambitious target and just seven days to achieve it, which means the more people who know about our appeal, the more likely we can reach it.

If you can help us spread the word by telling your friends and family about it or sharing our posts on Facebook and Instagram, you can help make a difference.
