Momentum families enjoy Fairy House visit

Children were greeted at the fairies’ beautifully decorated house by Katie the Fairy, who guided them on an immersive tour filled. Their visit included potion-making, hunting for hidden treasures, storytelling, dancing, and crafting special keepsakes to take home.

Talking about the experience, one mum said: “It was lovely to give my daughter a special experience as she can’t join in with many other normal experiences for children her age. However, she got to play with the other children there and they all had a great time. The parents got chatting about treatment and were able to relate to each other. It was just nice to have everyone there be ‘normal’.

Another parent added: “It was a magical few hours for our daughter before her surgery this week.”

At the end of the experience, each child was given their very own wings and a wand – pieces of magic they can keep forever.
