The Christmas party, which was attended by the Chelsea FC men’s first team squad, put on activities and games to entertain the children. Chelsea Football Club organise the event each year for over 150 junior fans, and this year kindly extended the invite to children from Momentum Children’s Charity whom could benefit from a break away from the struggles of treatment and hospital.

Bianca Effemey, Founder and CEO of Momentum Children’s Charity, said, “What a lovely event for Chelsea Football Club to organise. Christmas time can be especially tough for the families we support and its events like these that can really help ease some of these stresses and put smiles on faces.”

Mother of 6 year-old Lewis, Chloe Joslin, said: “Lewis is a huge fan of Chelsea and he had such a great time. It made his year meeting N’Golo Kanté and David Luiz. I am sure we’ll be hearing about this day for the entire Christmas period! Thank you so much to Chelsea Football Club and Momentum Children’s Charity.”
