We’ll be there as long as we’re needed

Whether we’ve already been supporting you through your child’s illness, or you’re referred to us as part of end of life care or because you’ve tragically experienced the sudden loss of your child, we’ll be there to help you in every way we can.

We know that every bereavement is deeply personal, so we’ll work closely with your family, and each family member, to understand the best ways that we can support all of you through the days, weeks and months that lie ahead.

Your support, your way

Whether you prefer us at the end of a phone, or sat on your sofa with you, our Family Support Team will be there for you in whatever way feels right. We can offer help with:

Arranging a funeral can feel incredibly overwhelming, so we can help with appointing a funeral director and creating a personal and meaningful funeral that really honours your child.

Grief is unique, for some talking will help and for others words will feel too hard; It’s a constantly evolving emotion and we have a range of support therapies to help at every stage, and for every age.

There are lots of ways that you can memorialise your child, from fingerprint keepsakes to bespoke jewellery, we can take you through them all.

Whether you just need a few hours away or a total change of scenery, our respite breaks will offer you the chance to hold space away from home life.

When you feel ready, we can introduce you to other families who are also navigating life after the loss of a child.

Precious Moments Tribute Pages are a wonderful and lasting way to remember and celebrate someone special as part of our Echoes bereavement service.  They provide an online space to share memories, photos, and music, light virtual candles on special occasions and link any donations or fundraising should you wish to.  The Tribute can be set up at any time, in a few easy steps, and stay open for as long as you want it to. You can share it with friends and family or keep it private.
