Momentum Children’s Charity sometimes take photographs to reflect the work that we do and the services we offer. Equally, you may have shared your own pictures with us too. We may use these photos for publicity or fundraising purposes, meaning that they may appear on our website, social media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn), press releases, presentations and our printed publications. Conditions of use

  1. We will not include details or full names (which means first name and surname) of any child or adult in an image on video, on our website, or in printed publications, without good reason. For example, we may include the full name of a competition prize winner if we have their consent. However, we will not include the full name of a model used in promotional literature.
  2. We will not include personal e-mail or postal addresses, or telephone numbers on video or on our website or in printed publications.
  3. We will keep image(s) for a maximum of 3 years before they are deleted. We may contact you closer to the time to ask if you are happy to confirm your consent for a further 3 years.
  4. You have the right to withdraw or change the conditions of your consent at any time. To do so please email socialmedia@momentumcharity.org.
