Church Farm
Our newest holiday home, located in Pagham, West Sussex. Church Farm is set in landscaped parkland and offers mesmerising views over the nature reserve’s lagoon. It’s a peaceful haven surrounded by nature and just a short walk away from a shingle beach. The easily accessible on-site facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool, sports and play areas, restaurants and shops, meaning it ticks all the boxes necessary for an enjoyable family holiday.
Mo’s Sunset Lagoon
Our two-bedroom mobile home spaciously accommodates four people and is perfectly positioned overlooking the lagoon.

A restful master bedroom with a luxurious double bed, offering a peaceful sanctuary to recharge.

Church Farm Holiday Village sits directly alongside the serene Pagham Lagoon Nature Reserve, giving families a tranquil setting to slow down, breathe, and enjoy peaceful water views.
On site, you’ll find plenty to keep everyone entertained, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, crazy golf, play areas, and a family restaurant with evening entertainment.
Further afield, you can explore the historic streets of Chichester, traditional seaside fun in Bognor Regis, or the beautiful sandy shores of West Wittering Beach.
Plus, it’s doggy friendly, so one well-behaved pooch is welcome to holiday with you (please note we can’t allow puppies, thank you).
It’s a wonderful spot for every family to make the most of their break, at whatever pace suits them best.
