Is the free Will really free?
Yes. Octopus Legacy offers a free online Will writing service. There is no obligation to include a gift to Momentum, though we are incredibly grateful to those who choose to do so.
Can I leave a percentage instead of a fixed amount?
Yes. Many supporters choose a residuary gift (a percentage of your estate) so your gift keeps pace with inflation and your other wishes.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. You can update or replace your Will at any time. If circumstances change, simply amend your Will or add a codicil.
Do I have to tell you if I have left a gift?
No. That is entirely your choice. If you would like to share your intentions, we will keep it confidential and it helps us plan for the future.
