Run 13.1 miles around Hampton Court Palace and along the Thames, on a friendly, well-organised route that suits first-timers and experienced runners alike. Spring is a great time to have a goal to train towards, with lighter mornings and supporters lining the way. Run for Momentum and every mile, and every pound you raise, will help us be there for families of seriously ill children and those navigating bereavement.
