Leaving a gift to Momentum does not mean choosing between your loved ones and a charity. Many people provide for their loved ones first and then leave a small percentage of what remains to a cause they care about.
Your will can hold both. It can protect the people closest to you while helping another family face an unimaginably difficult time with support around them.
You remain in control of your decision and can review your will if your circumstances change. There is no obligation to tell us if you include Momentum, although we would be grateful for the opportunity to thank you.

Also known as a residuary gift, this is all or a percentage of what remains after your loved ones have been provided for and any debts, taxes and expenses have been paid.
Because it is a percentage rather than a fixed amount, a residuary gift may retain its value better over time.
A fixed amount
Also known as a pecuniary gift, this is a specific sum of money chosen by you.
You can ask your solicitor whether the amount should be linked to inflation to help preserve its future value.
A particular item or asset
Also known as a specific gift, this could be property, shares, jewellery or another item that you own.
