Kristie Effemey

Director of Finance and Operations

Kristie is an ACCA-qualified finance and operations leader with a strong track record in the charity sector. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for the charity’s financial strategy and planning, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting to trustees and the Finance Committee, turning financial information into clear insight that supports confident decision-making.

Kristie also oversees HR, IT, systems and operations, as well as risk management, governance and compliance. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising and service delivery, she is passionate about making sure every pound is used well, so that as many children and families as possible can receive the support they need.
